Dr Lia Partakusuma is a clinical pathologist, hospital management expert and doctorate in the field of epidemiology. Graduates from Padjadajaran University Bandung, University of Indonesia Jakarta, PPM Management Institute Jakarta, and Gadjah Mada University Yogyakarta. She worked as head of Public Health Centre in Riau Province for 4 years, as head of the Clinical Pathology Laboratory and Microbiology in the Hospital for 8 years and as director of several major government hospitals for 13 years until now. Currently Dr. Lia is the Supporting Director at Harapan Kita National Cardiovascular Center, a national referral hospital in the field of cardiovascular disease in Indonesia.
Her organizational experience in the field of medical laboratories is as former Secretary General and Chair of the Indonesian Association of Clinical Pathologist and Laboratory Medicine (PDS PATKLIN), Former Director of Large of Asia in the World Association of Pathology and Medical Laboratory (WASPaLM) and Former President of Asian Clinical Pathology and Laboratory Medicine (ASCPALM). And her current position is as Secretary General of the Association of the Indonesian Hospital (PERSI).

Dr Kuljit Singh is a post graduate from University Malaya in ENT and obtained MBBS from Manipal, India. He spent close to 20 years serving Malaysian Medical Association [MMA] in various capacities with the last post as Hon General Secretary in 2014. Besides MMA, he served extensively in the Malaysian Society of Otorhinolaryngologist Head Neck Surgeon and elected as President in 2007. He served in two sectors of public healthcare in Malaysia: Ministry of Health as a house officer,
medical officer and clinical specialist and later in University Malaya Medical Centre. Since 2007 he is now in Private Health Care as a ENT specialist and Medical Director of Prince Court Medical Centre.
Currently is the President of the Association of Private Hospitals Malaysia [APHM] since middle of 2018. With the knowledge of serving in many different positions and capacities: he has widely presented and participated in various programs, events and conferences related to healthcare both international, regional and within Malaysia.

Chris is a member of KPMG’s Global Health & Life Sciences Centre of Excellence, having relocated from the UK to Singapore in order to focus on developments in the APAC region. He joined KPMG from the industry, and has had previous postings in Brasil and US.
Chris holds experience across a variety of markets and project types. His particular passion is on public-private collaborations to drive innovative, safe, and economically-viable initiatives in the sector. Example projects include value-based pricing, “beyond the product” strategy, supply chain traceability, supplier risk management, market access, regulatory approvals, and electronic patient recordkeeping.
